Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs. We recommend grouping all your items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Orders are shipped and delivered only on business days (Monday to Friday); local and national holidays, as well as special shipping methods (like Saturday deliveries, where available), are excluded. If you have ordered several items, they may be shipped in separate boxes at no additional shipping cost.
Please note that occasionally, for example during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
Remember that from this website, you can only send orders to Spain. The courier service cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or post office addresses.

When shopping on "shopcafes.com," select delivery for addresses within Spain.
The shipping address of your order must match the website of the country you are ordering from.
Orders placed from a website of a different country than the shipping address will be automatically canceled.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
