WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR A RETURN?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased from our store within 14 DAYS from the day the order is delivered to you.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Possible return cases:
1) The product is defective or has been damaged during transportation:
In the event that the product is defective, the user may return it, with SHOPCAFES.COM assuming the shipping costs generated by the delivery of the product and its return. SHOPCAFES.COM will proceed to resend the replaced product, at no additional cost to the customer. You only need to notify us of your incident at hola@delsamscafes.com
In the event of significant and visible damage to the packaging of the goods during transport, it is highly recommended that the customer note the incidents on the carrier's delivery note (it is even advisable to take a photo) and notify us at hola@delsamscafes.com as soon as possible.
2) Withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish law, the customer has the right to withdraw, by virtue of which he may return the product received if he finds that it does not meet his expectations.
This right may be exercised within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. Due to the nature of the products sold on this website, the buyer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must not open or unseal the product, so that it remains fit for consumption.
In the event that the buyer has opened the product, this right of withdrawal will not apply according to the exclusions contained in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, modified by art. 28 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, in its paragraph e).
The refund of the purchase amount will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified and will be made through the same payment method used to pay for the order and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when SHOPCAFES.COM has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise by the buyer or, in the event of not having knowledge, from the receipt at SHOPCAFES.COM of the returned product(s).
The return costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, such as shipping costs, will be borne by the buyer.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Please complete the printed return form included in the delivery note and include it in the return package. If you cannot find the form, please contact us.
● Repackage your items securely in the original order box if possible; otherwise, use appropriate shipping packaging.
● Use the return label provided inside the box of your original order.
● Items must be taken to a Post Office location within 14 days of receipt, regardless of the original shipping method and carrier.
We will review and accept your order within 1-3 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email to confirm that the credit has been issued.
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the payment method, please send us your bank details to the following email address: hola@delsamscafes.com in order to proceed with the refund:
- Name and surname of the account holder
- Name of the bank
- IBAN
- SWIFT code or BIC
- Order Number
Cash on delivery orders (where available) can only be refunded via bank transfer. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on the payment method used at the time of purchase and local banking procedures.
We recommend that you send your returned items using the procedure and shipping company described above to ensure tracking and shipping costs.

Dels Ams Cafes will not be responsible for refunds or compensation in the event of lost, stolen, tampered with or damaged returned packages.
HOW IS MY ORDER REFUNDED?
We will issue the corresponding refund once we have verified that the product is in perfect condition and has not undergone any modifications.
We will refund the item using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If your order incurs additional shipping and/or payment method charges, these amounts will not be refunded. Only the amount of the returned products will be refunded.
GENERAL WARRANTY FOR ALL PRODUCTS
Unless proven otherwise, the products shall be deemed to be in compliance with the contract provided that they meet all the requirements set out below:
1.-They conform to the description made by the seller and possess the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user on the website.
2.-They are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
3.- They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
The Consumer and User Protection Act provides a two-year warranty period from receipt of the product. However, this period will be conditioned by the nature of the product itself, when its useful life (expiry date or best before date) is less than the warranty period established by law.
